What is your shipping and returns policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected locations within the following countries/regions:
  • New Zealand
  • Asia
  • United States & Canada
  • United Kingdom & Europe

Note: To find out if we ship to your country, enter your shipping details at checkout for confirmation.

 

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

As soon as you are aware the item is damaged, please reach out to us via email at hello@thebridalbase.co. 

For any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items we’ll send you a return shipping label (expenses covered), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will then offer you a refund or replacement item.

 

What if I change my mind and no longer want my product?

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, a full refund can be provided within the first 30 days, however return shipping is at the customers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, a refund will only be processed once we have received the original item.

How long will it take to deliver my product?

We want to deliver you your products as fast as we can! All product delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. The estimates are also for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

Additional or unforeseen delays may arise from time-to-time due to domestic and/or international logistical shipping issues. These delays are are outside the control of The Bridal Base, however we will do our best to keep you informed of any major delays and delivery timeframes via email. For international customers, please note that some items may be held longer than usual by overseas customs authorities. 

 

How long after ordering will my product be shipped?

We endeavour to pack and ship all products within two business days of an order being placed. Should this be delayed, we will let you know via email. For quizzes, please allow three business days.

 

When will I receive my shipping information?

You should receive your shipping information within three business days. If you have not received your shipping information, please email us at hello@thebridalbase.co.

 

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email confirming the carrier's details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order at any time by clicking 'View My Order' on your shipping confirmation email.
