We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over $65 AUD within Australia. For orders under $65 AUD, we charge $6.95 AUD for Standard Delivery.

Express Shipping is available on all orders within Australia, at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.

International shipping rates apply for deliveries outside of Australia, a flat rate applies to the following regions:

Please note, the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout refers to the time it takes for the parcel to be delivered. This does not include the time it takes to fulfill and package your order.

We endeavour to dispatch all accessory orders within two business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Activity orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch due to the turnaround time for printing.

All product delivery timeframes shown at checkout are provided by Australia Post and are estimates only. The estimated standard delivery time within Australia is 2 - 8 business days, however regional or rural locations may take longer.

The Bridal Base is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has been shipped but has not arrived within the specified timeframe, Australia Post may be experiencing delays. Please check their website for updates.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@thebridalbase.co with your name and order number, and we will investigate this for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bridal Base is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
